I help people with Diabetes improve their lives by living with a sense of overall well-being and balance. My focus is to work with folks with Type 1 Diabetes in a holistic way, that is healing, nurturing, and transformative. To note, I am also open to working with people with other forms of Diabetes.

Working 1:1 with me is a deep dive into exploring the intricacies of how you live your life with Type 1 Diabetes – what is working for you and against you in relation to your Diabetes control, how to break negative patterns and reach a healthier way of living in your life, not only physically, but mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and socially.

We will work together to create an overall sense of well-being, which will then lead you into healthier habits and ways of living. You’ll start feeling better physically, more emotionally stable, and understand your purpose for overall self-health in this life.

We will work on creating a safe and sacred space for you to share your concerns, your heart and soul, your goals, dreams, and aspirations. Not only this, but you will also be able to be in community, together, bi-monthly, with other people living with this chronic disease to share, express, and live through difficult and/or successful experiences TOGETHER!

When we are done you will feel confident in knowing that you can take control of your Type 1 Diabetes instead of always feeling like, no matter what you do, your disease will control you.

Plus, you will create life-long friends and community through any of my packages and/or programs that you choose to enroll in. Remember, the outcome does not have to be negative; you have the choice to change your patterns and your life, and I am here to help guide you on this journey!
